Essential Function: ? An equipment engineer designs, enhances and maintains various electrical, computer or mechanical devices. Specifically this position will focus on the electrical and electromechanical areas of existing equipment and lead the design of new equipment.??This equipment can range from wire saws, EDM, cleaning equipment, inspection, and robotic systems. ? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support for various manufacturing processes relating to equipment improvementsEvaluates existing manufacturing equipment and recommend/implement improvements that increase reliability, reduce cost, reduce waste, improving safety, etc.Design and execute tests in support of equipment improvementsWrite technical reports, work instructions and present status and results as requiredActively lead programs using gated or phase methodologiesEngage with other engineering team members and provide cross functional support as neededCreate appropriate tests, research, etc. to provide data driven recommendationsFollow all company safety policies and report any unsafe conditions to EHS and/or ManagementApply lean manufacturing concepts and 5SPerform tasks/duties related to special projects or assignmentsPerform other duties as assigned by department management Qualifications: ? To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ? Bachelor or Masters of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering 5+ years of experience with electrical systems, specifically with industrial equipment Knowledge of machining and material removal operations such as wire saw, CNC, polishing, or chemical processing is a plus Experience in Lean technologies in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of PLC and OPI (operator interface) controls Design control, automation, instrumentation and power project details Develop electrical schematics and layout drawings Plan installation and start-up of equipment including inter-connecting drawings Must be able to trouble shoot and develop electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics Must have the ability to conceptually design, plan and automate electromechanical systems Must be able to work effectively individually and in a team environment Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities Must be able to perform successfully under minimum supervision Competent with MSOffice Suite products and advance skills in Microsoft ExcelStatistical analysis software experience, preferably JMP or Minitab ? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
