The HR Support (Generalist) will work alongside the HR team to support the implementation of strategies and programs in support of both short and long-term business objectives with the overall goal of retaining, engaging and developing the best talent for Silfex/Lam Research.
This position will provide a wide range of operational and employee-service driven initiatives.
It will serve as a liaison for the Silfex functional teams and will provide Tier I counsel regarding people effectiveness, application of human resource practices, policies and procedures, learning and development initiatives, compliance, and resolution of employee relations issues.
Additionally, this role partners with the HR team, Silfex leadership and employees to maintain the HRIS, data analytics and reporting.
This is a full-time, strategic and hands-on position reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Working in a collaborative manner with the HR and functional teams (ex.
Payroll, Operations) to provide uniform interpretation and application of policies, practices and procedures.
Developing and maintaining HR standard operating procedures.
Building positive employee relations by proactive communication, prompt issue resolution and fair and equitable treatment.
Partnering with HRBP's and Silfex leadership to deliver annual Human Resources initiatives as defined in the Annual Operating Plan.
Perform data entry and prepare reports using HRIS and ADP.
Administer, coordinate, participate and/or assist with projects and activities.
Supporting employment-related matters in partnership with the corporate functions including Staffing, Onboarding, Immigration, and Relocation.
Other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of one Human Resources internship or HR-related position.
Will consider applicants with expected graduation of no later than June 2024.
Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.
Ability to create positive impressions and communicate to a variety of people.
Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and concise communicator.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
