Finance Assistant Manager will assist Finance and the organization by overseeing finance associates.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be supervising finance supervisors and administrators.
Position
Summary:
Manage staff including supervisors and administrators (accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger).
Assist business plan preparation, monthly financial statements, address book control, royalty calculation, approve wire transfers, set up wire transfers, quarterly consolidation financial information to audit company, quarterly financial information, and maintain J-Sox compliance.
Qualifications/Essential Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeExcellent written & verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, organizational & planning skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent mathematical skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
