) Interface with project manager concerning design specifications and other facets ofproduct development.
2.
) Interface with customers regarding design development.
3.
) Guest Engineer control and support4.
) Design review schedule & report5.
) Customer spec.

) Prototype order & delivery to customer7.
) APQP support8.
) Support customer presentations9.
) Support all programs and certifications obtained by Neaton:
(i.
e.
; J-Sox, TS16949, and ISO14001)
Qualifications:
A.
EXPERIENCE1.
) Prior experience in OEM interfacing2.
) Prior experience with 3D CAD DesignB.
EDUCATIONFour year Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
A.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS1.
) Must be able to lift 50lbs on an occasional basis during sorts or inventory.
2.
) Keyboarding, sitting, walking, bending and standing.
No unusual requirements for physicalstrength other than normal office activities.
3.
) Demonstrates the ability to consistently meet the dept.
work schedules and be flexible with hoursif required.

EQUIPMENT USAGE1.
) Computer usage2.
) Ability to use gauges and/or other design equipment effectively.

MENTAL/COGNITIVE DEMANDS1.
) Working knowledge of plastics and plastic injection molds.
